Beyondthefence
Ethos and design process

Design is at the heart of how we experience our world.
How we observe, make sense of and interact with our environment directly shapes our well-being. Quality design solutions have the power to fully integrate our inner and outer worlds, to reconnect us with nature and restore a sense of lasting harmony and balance.
Finding this sense of connection is different for each of us.
Maybe it's carving out a relaxing spot to sit, finding quiet tranquillity in nature-
a temporary escape from the day-to-day bustle, among fragrant plants buzzing with pollinators, listening to the sound of birds or the trickle of water.
Maybe it's discovering a renewed sense of purpose-
understanding how to care for and maintain a wildlife garden, how to successfully grow herbs and edibles, cut flowers for the house or feeling excitement for getting creative outdoors.
Or maybe it's having another space to connect with family and friends-
a living, changing landscape that brings enjoyment and inspiration throughout the year.
Perhaps it's a mixture..or something else...
